With more than 15 years of experience, Premier Pilates’s head instructor, Rosa McGill, is very familiar with the benefits of Pilates: better range of motion, increased flexibility, better balance and posture, and a stronger core. To help people achieve those benefits, she and her team lead one-on-one and small-group classes with mats and equipment such as Reformers and spine correctors. The staff strive to make Premier Pilates a place for holistic health, offering access to an infrared massage bed, which uses deep-penetrating heat to relax muscles or help snowmen slim down as wheels made of jade roll up and down the body.
