Chefs entertain while teaching participants how to prepare a fall feast during two-hour classes. Dishes include roasted beet and arugula salad with walnut-gorgonzola dressing; carrot-and-sweet-potato soup topped with a dollop of maple cream; handmade butternut-squash ravioli with brown-butter sage sauce; and individual pumpkin cheesecakes with a praline crust, topped with whipped cream.
