What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Here at Primal Playground Fitness, we specialize in obstacle course race training and have the first Spartan Group X certified coach in SCV. We gear our workouts towards conquering obstacles and preparing you for your next race! We also offer personal training which is not related to OCR.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
In our opinion, there is nothing more rewarding than completing an obstacle! Primal Playground Fitness will focus on endurance, grip strength, and techniques to help you tackle any obstacle that stands in your way of your goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With over 3 years experience and 50 plus races completed, we have learned a lot about ourselves and obstacle course racing! We wanted to create a space where everyone from the OCR rookie to the tested veteran can come to grow and prepare for their next obstacle course race.

What do you love most about your job?
Giving people not only a reason to become fit, but to stay fit. As a Spartan Group X certified coach, the motto is "Building Better Humans" and that is what Primal Playground Fitness has set out to do.
