I have mixed feelings about this company. The books they produced were beautiful -- the images crisp, the cover great, the pages were a little wrinkly, but other than that, they far exceeded my expectations. That being said, I had other issues that will leave me going elsewhere in the future. First, my project and photos were deleted after 60 days -- no warning -- I went to reorder a copy and it was gone. They first said they could do nothing about it, but eventually restored. In addition, the shipping costs went up once I put in my coupon code, which I felt was a bit shady.
