Pronto Pizza is a small shop with a big delivery area. Even then, diners stop in on a routine basis for warm slices, cheesy calzones and stromboli, and Italian-style sandwiches. The pies have a thicker crust than your average New York–style pizza—that way, it's a structurally sound foundation for the generously apportioned toppings. Longtime regulars rave about the creamy chicken-alfredo pizza stuffed with spinach and the buffalo-chicken pie, on which drizzles of bleu cheese cut through the tangy buffalo sauce.
