The total experience is approximately 90 minutes, which includes a 15-minute briefing, 60 minutes of gameplay, and a 15-minute debriefing

Are players really locked in the room?

No, at no time are any doors locked. A Game Master is always available to assist, and there are clearly marked exits

What do the padlock icons on room descriptions mean?

The padlocks represent the difficulty of the room, with five padlocks being the most difficult and lower numbers indicating less difficulty

Are there any age restrictions for the escape rooms?

While all ages are welcome, puzzles are designed for adults. Any player 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult. Paranormal Investigation is not suitable for ages under 14, and The Factory is not recommended for first-timers or players under 12
