Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

90-minute reiki sessions have chakra balancing included. These energy balancing techniques can be performed above the body, free of touch, without any diminished benefit.

You energy work session will be provided by Rain, the owner of Rain Massage & Bodywork. They have been practicing reiki since 2016 and has been a Reiki Master for over 5 years. They are also trained in Chakra Balancing which is a separate technique. Each session begins and ends with an aura cleansing and singing bowls. Aromatherapy and Crystal therapy are incorporated throughout the session to bring you the deepest level of relaxation meant to give your mind and body the greatest chance of restoring balance.
