About Rainier Glass Studio

The Rainier Glass Studio is located in the heart of Seattle’s Georgetown District, the city’s oldest neighborhood. Founded in 1994, they strive to bring fine art, beauty, and one of a kind experiences with lasting memories to the local community, you, and your families. The Rainier Glass Studio features a large scale hot-shop with four glory holes; available for classes, field-trips, rentals, and their popular “Blow-Your-Own” Glass Activities! The talented and knowledgeable gaffers will work with you to create unique pieces of art to take home while teaching you about the art of blowing glass. They teach the participants how to handle glass and express themselves in their work no matter what level of experience they’re coming from. They hold private events, birthday parties, classes, workshops, and participate in community events, such as Georgetown Art Attack. They also have a retail art glass gallery representing a diverse array of glass from a variety of northwest talents and incredible pieces made right here in their studio.
