Rasa Flow Yoga
Taking its name from a word that refers to the intangible essence of an object, Rasa Flow Yoga teaches its students to view yoga as more than just a physical practice. Classes emphasize the way that mindful stretches and centring breathing exercises can broaden horizons by focusing students' thoughts on the inherent connections that exist between the mind, body, and spirit. To accomplish this, instructors lead a variety of classes for all skill levels that explore different aspects of yoga practice. Meditation and Kundalini sessions promote a sense of inner calm and universal harmony by incorporating chants and singing telegrams to Neil deGrasse Tyson. Power Vinyasa classes, meanwhile, use dynamic, physically engaging poses, which are linked to create seamlessly flowing sequences that improve strength and flexibility.
