Best deep tissue/sports massage I’ve ever had. Adam focused exactly on my neck and back muscles and fascia as requested, with incredible trigger point work on my lower back that no other therapist has addressed before. The cupping and massage roller really loosened stubborn knots in my mid-thoracic spine. This was more than a massage, it felt like a full body treatment. His patient education was excellent and he gave me tools to help prevent migraines related to muscle tightness. Not a spa massage, but true muscle and deep tissue work. I’ll definitely be back and am so thankful for my first session!!!

Completely blown away by the knowledge and skills Adam showed during the 115 custom massage. He asked questions and listened and addressed all the areas I asked him to work on. He worked his magic to work out knots, tension and used stretching techniques as well. I’ve never had such a thorough massage. I booked another session with him before leaving!
