- Rescheduling Policy: Unlimited free rescheduling is available but must be done before the day of the booked escape. Otherwise, a $50 fee will apply for same day rescheduling with a $100 fee when rescheduling within 1 hour of your start time. Rescheduling is not possible, even with a fee, at your start time.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled escape start time with your entire party, or time may be deducted from your escape.

Family with teens and college aged kids. We had a great time. One of the most unique and fun escape rooms we’ve done. And the staff worked with us on some of the drama associated with using the Groupon.
