Are reservations required, and what is the booking window?
Yes, online reservations are required and must be made through Red Giant Experiences' website. You can book your session up to 3 months in advance, but a minimum of 1 hour advance notice is necessary.
What is the rescheduling and refund policy?
You can reschedule your booking an unlimited number of times for free, provided you do so before the day of your booking. Same-day rescheduling incurs a $25 fee, and rescheduling within 1 hour of your start time is $50. No rescheduling is possible at the start time of your booking. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be split or partially refunded.
