What is the rescheduling and refund policy?
You can reschedule your booking an unlimited number of times for free, provided you do so before the day of your booking. Same-day rescheduling incurs a $25 fee, and rescheduling within 1 hour of your start time is $50. No rescheduling is possible at the start time of your booking. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be split or partially refunded.
