We are a family-oriented organization that offers high-quality martial arts and fitness classes at affordable prices. We focus on discipline, respect, confidence and a never-give-up-attitude. We also offer classes on Sundays by client request.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Students can start from the age of 3. After that there is no age restriction.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help keep individuals off the streets by offering a safe environment where they can express themselves and learn positive life lessons that make them assets to our community.
