I overworked my elbow and it had been giving me trouble for 3-4 weeks. Starting with some light acupuncture and moving to some deep, therapeutic pressure and I can feel a big different. I have some new stretches to try on my own to keep the healing process rolling. It was a terrific experience. THANK YOU!
