Seven years experience as a personal trainer working with people of all levels from all walks of life. Two national level certifications (NSCA-CPT, NASM-PES) and undergraduate degree in sports conditioning, sports psychology, nutrition, and training principles and techniques.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By customizing programs to a client's specific needs, goals, and ideals, I can keep clients engaged and motivated in their fitness plans. I try to create a comfortable and supportive environment where my clients can thrive and progress without fear of judgement or bias.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have loved fitness and health for as long as I can remember, and though I was prevented from pursuing it for the first few years of my life due to medical concerns, I was able to break through those barriers and fully dedicate myself to the field and profession I love.
What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, I love seeing my clients succeed, not only at the big goals, but the little ones as well. Watching a client's transformation; seeing their progress on a daily basis; supporting them; seeing them become excited about our training sessions; all these make me love being a trainer.
