Horrible experience with Von. She was 20 minutes late, didn't say hello when entering the room and quickly disappeared behind a curtain for several minutes. Von found out that I had a Groupon and started to flip out stating that Groupon doesn't pay until 2 weeks and that she would need to get paid by another stylist in the shop. She agreed to cut my hair but then answered the phone while cutting and had a friend visit. Von is the quintessential "hot mess" that customers should avoid at all costs.
