Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All workouts are customized for each client. You will never be left alone, you will always have a trainer by your side to keep you informed and motivated. When the weather is nice, outside workouts are a fun and great way to keep the motivation up.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Im a single mother, Ive been a trainer for more than 10 years now and love what I do. I saw the opportunity to help other mothers get back into shape and want to focus more on, 1on1 time with my clients, getting them moving not just in the gym and get their nutrition on point.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people transform into something amazing. It never gets old seeing my clients coming in at first, not so excited about working out, because its hard work. Within no time, I start seeing them getting excited and having so much energy put into their workouts. I smile when they smile
