What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a personal training facility by day and we offer after hours "social " fitness for your mind at night. Not many places like this, offer that type of formula.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have been a fitness trainer since 2008. I opened my first studio in 2013 and I moved to Homewood in 2015. I decided I wanted to offer more "fun" activities that connected people outside of fitness. Axe throwing is new, fun, exciting and active. You can enjoy this activity solo or with a group. It fits quite nicely into our fitness and fun concept at the studio.
What do you love most about your job? I love people, movement, fitness and fun. Those are the things that motivate me.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? Wow! Now that was fun!
