Working out with Robert is great experience. I was looking for a trainer who is an expert for rehab exercise. After taking his session, I purchased more session to pursue my fitness goal, which is working out safely without any injuries due to wrong posture or wrong body mechanics. When I came to Robert, I had an injury from car accident and kind of afraid of working out; however, he made a doable plan within my limit and activated weakened muscle. After the 6 sessions, I can mobilized and reduced pain. Moreover, I lost fat and gain more muscle which was unexpected result! His approach is holistic and will help the clients to set a goal which they really want and devotedly help to make it. Strongly recommended working out with him.
