What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Tired of the choir of salon blow dryers, and unwanted conversations on each side of you, along with the music choice of someone else, is what inspired this "One on One" salon suite . This space is all yours the entire time. Making you the" focus" was what Rocco's goal was when creating this space.
What do you love most about your job?
I love listening to my clients needs and special requests for their hair and desired looks. I take great pride in my work and often go above and beyond for my clients! I am there for every single one and will do whatever I am capable to completely satisfy them. I love that I am trusted by them :)
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Well, honestly as a 5 star review holder on Yelp, I am very fortunate to have great reviews across the board. If I had to chose one, it would be that I am a great listener and that I achieved everything the client wanted and more!!!! return clients and several referrals are testimony enough...
