Our professors and coaches will not only teach you concepts of Jiu Jitsu, but will also show you benefits of studying the gentle art. Students will focus on theory, basic concepts, technique, and the mental and physical aspects of Jiu Jitsu.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Absolutely not, we have Adult Programs and classes to accommodate all ages.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are committed to serving our members, as well as the community, by promoting a positive mental attitude, healthy lifestyle and physical fitness by giving everyone the opportunity to study the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
