Come in with an open mind and leave self judgement at the door. Nature has already given you all the tools you need to defend yourself. We train to perfect what is already there!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I eat, breathe, and sleep martial arts. I was born to teach!

What do you love most about your job?

I feel that truly successful businesses run on the same principles. Whether you are selling cars, oranges, or self defense training, you are only useful if you are serving others and helping solve problems. I happen to love solving self-defense problems.
