I've studied martial arts and personal training for over 31 years, and I'm very passionate about helping people reach their health, fitness, and self-defense goals. Each student's needs and skill levels are different. I work closely with all my students to help guide them on their path to excellence

I love seeing all my clients reach their desired health and fitness goals while learning to effectively protect themselves and their loved ones.
