Sacred Spa is located inside Salon Lofts in Loft 3 (straight across from the entrance). If your therapist is in session when you arrive for your appointment, feel free to wait in the lobby. At the start of your session your therapist will discuss your wellness goals, pressure preferences, and health history. Once your pre consultation is done your therapist will exit the room, so that you may undress to your comfort level and get onto the massage table. Your therapist will then enter the room and begin the massage, which may include: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Migraine Relief, Hot Towels, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Acupressure, or Stretching.
