At SarahBfit I listen to what the costumer wants and needs and completely cater to them. I am extremely personable with my clients and care tremendously about their success. I invest in them 100%.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep them motivated by setting goals, short and long term and make sure that they ARE successful in every workout. Tracking progress along the way ensures that they know they are moving forward! What gets measured, gets done!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I knew the way that health and fitness changed my life and I knew that I had to share that with people. Feeling amazing in your own body will help you to feel amazing in every other aspect of your life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and building relationships. I also love helping people become the best versions of themselves. It is the relationships that I build that mean the world to me.
