This is one of the worst experiences on the Groupon platform. The merchant was asked to do a root touch up of blonde, my existing colors. My hair is ORANGE. She has not answered my texts to re-do this after 2 days of waiting for a reply. Very unprofessional and I want a full refund.

Susan did a very good job on my haircut, listening to what I wanted. She gives advice on how to care for my wavy hair, telling me about products to use without trying to sell me anything. She made it easy to get an appointment. I would definitely recommend her.
