Tone triceps and hone glutes with the comprehensive, energy-inducing program that incorporates effective exercises, including core conditioning, jump roping, sport yoga, and obstacle courses. Have an out-of-gym experience with up to 12 classes (three per week) within the four-week period. The average camper’s stats show a 3%–5% reduction in body fat, 5-12 pounds lost, and a 43% increase in ability to crack peach pits on command. About Scenic City Adventure Boot Camp
Initially established as a social outlet for aspiring exercise participants, Scenic City Boot Camp has since successfully coached hundreds of un-trained students of all ages prepare for major fitness events. During one-hour classes, which are held indoors and outdoors, weather permitting, a seasoned instructor guides students through an ever-changing routine of moves inspired by methods such as interval training, proper breathing, running, and recovery techniques. To keep campers accountable and motivated, all classes offer nutritional food plans, track their progress with before-and-after measurements, and occasionally test their reactions to sneaker-shaped inkblots.
