Chocolate from Belgium and vanilla from Madagascar—every one of Scooptacular Hand Crafted Ice Cream's flavors is developed and blended in-house from scratch with fresh ingredients such as these. Properietors Nindi and Carissa Wadhwa and their staff of Scoopies crumble chocolate cookies into cookies and crème ice cream, scatter rainbow sprinkles and buttercream frosting into birthday cake ice cream, and swirl together caramel, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate rocks in the Laveen concrete mix. For kids' birthday parties, the celebrant can come in ahead of time to craft their own ice cream flavor with a Scoopies' help, then treat their guests to a tour of the facility, including the room where sugar-fed chickens lay marshmallow eggs.
