Called, and made an appointment. They were able to see me same day. I bought the 60 minute Swedish massage. The massage itself was functional and good enough. I am NOT an easy person to massage as I'm a bit larger, and it takes a lot of effort to knead and work all that extra flab and muscle that I have. My therapist got through my entire body, thoroughly and with adequate pressure. A key thing to note! I was given excellent customer service at this Massage Parlor. You see, my groupon expired by over a year and a half! I know that the website says that the value paid does not expire, but the actual execution of that guarantee depends on the business. I was able to use amount I spent on the groupon, and pay the difference for a massage. I did not expect them to honor an expired groupon, but I definitely would have left unhappy if they would not give me a credit. Credit was given, and I was given great customer service. For this, I am thankful.
