The best way to start the day on a positive mantra & meditation, breathing exercises to relax. End the day with more positive encouragement, relaxation breathing & meditation to lull you to sleep. Speakers are so soothing & music wonderful. You learn how to find joy in small things you previously never stopped to think about. They reinforce courage & strength. All about self care in this busy time, a daily ck-in on your mood or something you’re grateful for. I Love My Shine!!!!
