Students learn the basics of baking European-style using high-end European ingredients and will take home freshly crafted gluten-free handmade treats, including a slice of Swiss-style triple-chocolate mousse, six French-kiss meringues, and six Belgian chocolate truffles.
Classes— limited to up to eight students—last up to two and half hours and are held weekdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Guests should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class and should also bring a pen and paper for note taking. Outside food or beverages are not allowed in class. During class sessions, students are also treated to a 10-15 minute break to enjoy Simply French Cafe's french macarons with a glass of champagne, orange juice, or iced-tea. Sessions start September 9. Sessions are not held on Saturdays.
