About Simply Smashing Rage Release Room
Bottling up stress can do long-term damage to the physical and mental health. That's why Stephen Wilk started the Simply Smashing Rage Release Room—to give people a controlled environment outlet to relieve their stress by smashing away at breakable items. Stephen and his staff provide plenty of "smashables" for participants to destroy, ranging from bottles, and dishes to printers and TVs. They even have a variety of tools to smash with, like golf clubs, hammers, baseball bats, crowbars—anything that can do some real damage. And, because safety comes first, participants are given special suits, gloves, and visors before they step into the demolition room to jettison their stress and anger, coming away feeling lighter with a smile on their faces.
