What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My personal training techniques come from N.A.S.M basics which teach the levels of a fitness enthusiasts all the way to the intensity training of a competitve bodybuilder so there are various training levels to explore whilst under my training regimen.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started my own personal fitness journey to improve my health. I know many people start their journey not only to lose weight but for personal life issues as well. I'm here to change lives.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others! Personal Training is not just training...It's personal! I've always built friendships with each and every client and I love it!
