When you book your appointment you will be asked for credit card, valid coupon, gift certificate to hold your schedule time. 24hrs cancellation policy. No shows or same day cancellations to re-book there will be a $25 fee. Sickness and allergies : If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness ,this includes but no limited to coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and will be charged to re-book .Late arrival: We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time.
