Due to overwhelming interest and call volume, please text your appointment request, preferred injection office, and available days/times, and the reception team will get back to you as quickly as possible. Units purchased on one voucher must be used and injected into the same person. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies ($25 if less than one business day notice provided). Evening and weekend appointments are available.
