Clerk was exceptional for teaching this newbie the ropes. After that, it was fairly self-explanatory. I highly recommend taking a "lay of the land" first, otherwise you might miss some things that you would've rather have had. One thing that I didn't realize until too late is that one can swirl the two flavors on either side by choosing the middle spigot between the two. Also, if you don't see something, ask the clerk. Perhaps I missed if there was a scale somewhere other than up by the clerk, for the items add up in a hurry and without the GroupOn would have been around $8/bowl - and that's without the pointed swirl as shown. Admittedly, what one fills these bowl up with pales in comparison to a typical restaurant or even B&R's, which interestingly is what one sees first before this place, which is back-to-back. Excellent flavor and quality.

It cost me $17 for 2 bowls of ice cream HALF FULL with minimal toppings. They charge you by the weight and don't tell you how much each oz costs. Just told to bring it to the scale. I was super disappointed. What a RIP OFF.
