What You'll Get
For centuries, mankind has envied pizza dough and wondered how we, too, could be kneaded into relaxed, savory states without paying for the luxury of being escorted via wooden paddle to a Sicilian brick oven. Eliminate pizza envy by treating your body to today's Groupon: for $30, you get your choice of a massage or a full-body polish treatment at Solé Spa, located just blocks from the beach on 3rd Street South.
Family owned and operated, Solé Spa offers a friendly, relaxing escape from daily stresses and suspenseful reality-show finales. Unwind under the knowing knuckles of a licensed massage therapist with a 60-minute massage (up to a $65 value, depending on the client). Solé offers a wide variety of kneads for a wide variety of needs, with massage styles such as soothing Swedish, focused trigger point, and tangle-tackling deep tissue. If your muscles feel fine but your epidermis is looking dusty, opt for a full-body polish treatment ($60). During this 45-minute skin makeover, dry, rough cells are buffed away to create a finish as smooth and hydrated as the freshly shaven chin of a baby.
A clean, cozy interior welcomes clients and waves away every worry. Solé Spa prides itself on making every client feel at home, so throw a seashell in your left slipper and limp on over to a place that won't question that you like to relax by throwing a seashell in your left slipper. Schedule your appointment online for blissful bodywork at Solé Spa.

About Solé Spa Wellness Center
When Giovanni and Diana Manzano founded Solé Spa Wellness Center in 2007, they chose to focus on services that rejuvenated their clients physically as well as emotionally. They also chose to honor Giovanni's mother—Solé Manzano, a victim of breast cancer—by gracing the spa with her name. The haven of relaxation they've built blends contemporary touches with Asian-themed décor. Instead of relying on a throng of fireflies, the studio creates a warm atmosphere by filling rooms with earthy tones and the calming glow emanating from hanging lights.
Although waxing is their specialty, the aestheticians' body treatments—including a full-body sugar glow with imported sugar cane, tropical nut oils, and fruit enzymes—also helped to earn the spa a place on Jacksonville Magazine's Best of Jacksonville list in 2011, 2012, as well as best day spa of 2013 by Void Magazine. Manually applied airbrush tans imbue skin with a rich, sun-kissed hue that can last as long as seven days, much like a citywide game of hide-and-seek. Facials similarly make skin glow by slathering cheekbones with vitamin-rich salves or seaweed masks. During massages, therapists can employ a number of modalities, customizing every treatment to address clients' needs with a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, or reflexology techniques.
