Though she spent three years and 500 hours studying at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, Dana Davis is more than a yogi. Dana Davis really knows her stuff! It was a good stretch and work out. She teaches us how to use our bodies in an aligned way to prevent accidents. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and with a smile.
