Hi,Brena, thanks for your honesty feedback.we are so sorry to hear that.when you are coming, you told the masseur，your shoulder is pain,you was long time no massage, you would like deep -tissue.the masseur found your shoulder and neck are super stiff, make sure you needed deep-tissue , during the massage , she always asked you, how was the pressure? If too hard let her know, and you didn't say anything.the masseur was working hard ，and she was reminded you, after deep tissue massage,the muscles feel soreness a few days is normal.drink more water it help，maybe next time you coming massage require medium pressure is good for both,right?
