Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I tried 3 different massages over a few months, Swedish, Cupping and Himalaya Salt. Kevin was very good about asking desired pressures. I really enjoy that they wipe all the excess oil off of you! No greasy mess on my clothes! The first time I was in there, I mentioned someone was talking in the lobby the whole time. The next time I came in, they addressed it with me and told me they had fixed the problem and gave me a little something extra for my inconvenience. So, that only happened the first time. :)
