About Spira Yoga Shala
Mind Body medicine is finally making its way into the mainstream and we're here to guide you on your journey. All are welcomed! All body sizes, all fitness levels, all genders and orientations. Come as you ARE! There are no prerequisites to practice yoga. We practice yoga without all the bells and whistles here. Yoga is an 8-limbed practice, not just asana (postures), and we hope to share that with you in our shala (home). Our focus is on self-healing by increasing proprioception and interoception, balancing the nervous system, and embodiment. Take a yoga class, meditation, mindfulness, or art! Join us for weekly Tea Time and explore our library or just chat with us and ask questions. We want to get to know you and support you on your wellness journey.
