What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A driving passion to not only address and train fitness, but a yearning to educate clients to understand areas they may not have otherwise been introduced to. There was a time before a personal trainer, and there will certainly be a time after. Knowledge retention is key for longevity of the client.
What do you love most about your job?
The various lives being interacted with and enriched, as well as knowing I will have a lasting impact in their health and their wellness.
