This is a great yoga studio - it is in the heart of busy, chaotic and messy Chinatown but it is an oasis of peace and calm! My first instructor Brittny was excellent, the class was appropriate for beginners through to moderates (like me, can't speak for higher skill levels).

A very relaxing approach to yoga. Just what I was looking for. Nice to have a live musician to work with the yoga instructor. Quite a powerful experience.
