Designed to burn calories even after the workout ends, half-hour Tabata Bootcamp sessions boost metabolism through high-intensity interval-training techniques. Instructor Stacy DiGiacomo helps participants drop sizes and lose inches over the course of eight or 16 sessions. Each exercise consists of 20-second microbursts of intensive movement, followed by 10-second periods of rest—a pattern that extends the body’s after-burn and multiplies the workout’s muscle-building effects. Classes take place two to four times a week, and students also recharge their metabolism with six-minute workouts performed every day at home. Classes are held Sundays at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m.; Tuesdays at 6 p.m.; and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.<p>

Patrons can drop their kids off in the childcare area before heading to one of three group fitness studios for classes such as spin, Zumba, cardio kickboxing, mat Pilates, and boot camp, or beelining straight to the free-weight and circuit-training equipment. Guests can enjoy vegetable juice drinks, protein shakes, and healthy salads at the café and juice bar. The facility also boasts spacious men's and women's locker rooms with a sauna for detoxifying the body after a workout.
