What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After my neighbor had his packages stolen and the local news was offering inconvenient solutions to the problem during the holidays, I knew I had a better way. This was the birth of Sunset Deliveries!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feeling after a successful delivery! We're still a small, local Denver company so we take great pride in your happiness. You're not just one of 50,000 packages delivered today. You're our priority!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My favorite reaction is during our second delivery to a customer. We can feel that it's clicking for them what an awesome, worry-free experience this is going to be. It's the start of a great relationship.
