My massage with Susan was remarkable. From the beginning, Susan was so kind and welcoming. She listened to my personal health history, my problem areas, and my goals and even took inventory of how I stand/my posture and other posture related things. She then explained her process and what we would do. She is trained in neuromuscular massage (not spa massage) so she is looking to target more than just your muscles for relaxation. She is looking for healing results. She used reflexology, reiki, quantum touch, and craniosacral techniques in my massage and also gave me plenty of advice on stretching and exercises I can do to help alleviate my pain. I cannot recommend Susan more highly!!
