What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our goal is to teach mechanics, until there is consistency, and then we will increase the intensity. We can work with all levels of fitness and help anyone achieve their fitness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our coaches do programming, so each day the workout is created and you just have to show up. Our classes are intimate and fun, you are always being coached and assisted. Members also take accountability to help and push each other during the WOD.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Mike Woodburn is a physical therapist in Palm Harbor. He started the gym out of his garage with people like Jackson Smith working out with him. The two of them decided to make it official and open the community that has become Sutherland CrossFit. Dedicated to physical fitness, and helping others.

What do you love most about your job?
Being open for over 2 years now, the best part is seeing how far our members have come since day 1. We know what we're doing is effective and changing their lives. Our motto is "Get Better Every Day" and we truly live that in our gym and love to see it acted out day in and day out.
