Swan Massage Oasis is a Massage Therapy Clinic; not a spa. Please note that Massage Therapy Clinics and Spas operate differently.  

Appointment Required: Appointments are booked with MassageBook, which is not a partner of Groupon.

When booking, book under the name of the person receiving massage.

How to Book with a Voucher: Under "Bodywork Services" select the service and duration listed on your voucher and select continue. When asked how you would like to pay, select "Pay at appointment". Don't select "Pay Now". In the Optional Notes section, please reference the discount. Before your session, I'll scan your voucher and after your appointment, I'll Check you Out (in case you'd like to leave a tip) and send you a copy of your receipt.

Intake Form & Signed Release Required: Shortly after you book, I'll send out an intake form which will need to be completed prior to the appointment (preferably 24+hrs prior) which will help me understand any current conditions and treatment goals. This form can be completed at the time of your appointment. However, this form may take between 10-15 minutes to complete, and waiting to do so may take time away from your total session length. Also, if any previously unknown contraindications are present, it may possibly limit the type of Massage Therapy you can receive or restrict you from receiving Massage Therapy entirely.
