Inspired by her grandmother Ms. Sugar’s treasured rum-cake recipe, Jasmin Bulger started to bake mini versions of the tender cakes for a whimsical take on a beloved family tradition that has charmed the cast of TV's House of Glam and the staff of BET’s 106 & Park. Jasmin uses her grandma's signature recipe as a foundation for eight flavors of cake that, like the stars of the French Transformers cartoon, transform into a variety of pastries including made-to-order cupcakes, cake balls, and full-scale cakes. Jasmin also puts her culinary education to use by fashioning custom decorations to put atop cakes, sculpting frosting into edible masterpieces and shapes that add an individualized touch to birthdays, weddings, and graduations from clown college.
